Mizora Pro lists three US index futures as continuous contracts: NQ for the Nasdaq 100, ES for the S&P 500 and RTY for the Russell 2000. Chart them, read the order flow and trade them from one ticket, on simulated capital.

Three indices, three personalities.
NQ, ES and RTY are the E-mini futures on three of the most watched US stock indices. They trade on CME Group's electronic market and move with the stocks inside each index, which is why so many day traders use them instead of trading single shares.
- NQ (Nasdaq 100) is weighted towards large technology companies. It tends to be the fastest mover of the three and reacts sharply to megacap earnings and interest-rate expectations.
- ES (S&P 500) is the broad US benchmark and one of the most actively traded futures contracts in the world. It usually moves more steadily than NQ.
- RTY (Russell 2000) tracks smaller US companies. It is more tied to the domestic economy and borrowing costs, and often diverges from the other two.
Futures expire quarterly. Mizora Pro shows each one as a continuous contract: a single series that follows the active contract, so your chart and levels do not break at every expiry.
Nearly 24 hours, with a few moments that matter.
US equity index futures trade on CME Globex almost around the clock, from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon New York time, with a short daily break in the late afternoon. The watchlist in Mizora Pro shows whether each market is open.
Activity is not spread evenly. The overnight Asian and European hours are usually quieter. The session comes alive around major US economic releases, many of which land at 8:30am New York time, and again at the US cash open at 9:30am, when stock orders flood in. Federal Reserve decisions in the afternoon and megacap earnings after the close can reset the tone for the next day.
Knowing the calendar is part of the job. A setup that works in a quiet overnight market can fail in the minutes around a jobs report or an inflation print.
Built for intraday index trading.
Index futures reward precise levels and fast execution. The tools in Mizora Pro that fit that style:
- Short timeframes and levels. 1m and 5m charts with VWAP, volume profile and a key-levels panel showing ATR 14, VWAP and the point of control. Charting.
- Relative strength at a glance. Open RTY and press G: the four-chart grid puts NQ and ES alongside it, so you can see which index is leading.
- Order flow. Footprint, delta and a DOM ladder in the order flow workspace. It is in Beta and modelled from live prices, not exchange depth, so treat it as a read on pressure rather than the real CME book.
- Brackets. A market entry with stop loss and take profit set in ticks, placed in one action. Order types.
- Speed. Shift+B and Shift+S from the keyboard, with one-click trading if you want it. Keyboard shortcuts.
After the session, run the open again in bar replay and practise the entry you hesitated on.
Fast markets need the limit on the chart.
Index futures can cover a lot of ground in a few seconds around data. Before you click, the risk manager draws the price at which your account would hit its daily limit or maximum loss, previewed as you hover Buy or Sell. Size presets let you risk a set percentage of the account instead of guessing, and the position sizing guide explains the maths.
Every fill is priced from the server's live quote, and an order is refused if that quote is stale. Stops, targets and resting orders sit on the server, so they keep working if your connection drops.
